It covers areas like origins and history, cultural background, brands and manufacturerers, interviews with players and makers, and lots of other stuff. It is quite detailed, full of anecdotes and a good read for gearheads and the interested layman alike. As of 2005, it is available in online shops on the internet for around 25 USD.
