Yes, it is possible to write small Windows programs - but who cares? If you do, have a look at these programs written in PureBasic. Designed as "portable" programs, they do not make any entries in the Windows Registry. Just unzip the downloaded files to a new folder, and make a shortcut. A folder outside the "Program Files" structure is recommended to avoid regulations imposed by newer Windows versions.
